Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting (APM) held on 15 May 2023 which commenced at 18:33 at the Social Centre Sea Lane, Saltfleet.

APM 01 – 05/23 Chairmans Welcome
Chairman welcomed and outlined the procedure for the three elements of meetings that would take place tonight.
APM 02 – 05/23 Approval of Minutes from last APM held on 9th May 2022
Approval of last year’s minutes had been resolved in 2022;
APM 03 – 05/23 Neighbourhood Policing Reports
No Police reports to present.
APM 04 – 05/23 District & County Councillors Reports
No District or County Councillor reports.
APM 05 – 05/23 Chairman’s Annual Report 2022/23
Chairman report confirmed it had been a difficult year with changes of Parish Clerk then not having one for several months the burden being administered by a few of the Cllrs – Outlined the number of candidates being 13 for 7 places at recent elections that normally it is difficult to fill all vacancies. Thanked all participants for their contributions.
APM 06 – 05/23 Questions from the Public

APM 07 – 05/23 Close of APM to proceed with AGM
Closed meeting and stood down and handed over to Vice Chairman from previous PC Cllr Guy Williams, to continue with next part of the meetings the Annual General Meeting (AGM)
