Unless otherwise noted on an individual agenda, the Parish Council meets on the first Monday of each month (or the second Monday if the first is a public holiday). Meetings are from 19:00 hours at the Social Centre on Sea Lane, Saltfleet. Members of the public are always welcome to attend and the first 15 minutes of each meeting is set aside for villagers to discuss concerns with their councillors.
All councillors are summoned accordingly to attend unless their absence is resolved and accepted on the night.
