that the next meeting of Skidbrooke Cum Saltfleet Haven Parish Council is to be held on:
Monday 06 February 2023 commencing with the public forum at 19:00
in the Social Centre, Sea Lane, Saltfleet.
Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

Public Forum limited to 15 Minutes– An opportunity for members of the public to address the Parish Council. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak with the approval of the Chair.  Any questions requiring investigation please submit in writing at the meeting.

13. Financial Matters
a) Application cost road safety Cost £50 includes six passive signs.  Survey £40 for site approval.  Reactive speed signs battery operated, Basic version £1995 + VAT, Data recording version £2038 + VAT.  Each additional mounting plate Approx £57 each, possibly require up to four if having two units as suggested that they are moved regularly. Further to signs, there are available Wheelie Bin Speed Limit Stickers at 50 pence each.  It is suggested that if required that a list is drawn up of those wishing to have one for each bin, four bins £2 and either arrange payment by PC or on reimbursement.
b) Status of LALC membership is current, renewal invoices sent Membership £165.18.
c) LALC training annual membership £120.00
d) Financial Update of spending and account balances in Draft awaiting latest.

16. Village Field update
 
a) Play equipment inspection by ROSPA and courses run by LALC.
b) Control of funds accumulated by Field Committee, possibly seek views of committees from the past who accumulated the funds generated for facilities on the field.
c) Status of any future field committee.
d) Suggested charge for use of field per day arranging all necessary Health and Safety procedures for whatever planned usage, limiting to activities that are environmentally acceptable for infrastructure and local residences.
e) Update on New metal fence for play area
f) Update on repairs to wooden gates of fenced play areas
g) New notices, map style, for control of dogs on playing field in total.
h) Update on volunteer who offered to fill cracks in field with soil PC to supply, when, March?
