NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the next meeting of Skidbrooke Cum Saltfleet Haven Parish Council is to be held on:
Monday 3 April 2023 commencing with the public forum at 19:00
in the Social Centre, Sea Lane, Saltfleet.
Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.
AGENDA
Public Forum limited to 15 Minutes– An opportunity for members of the public to address the Parish Council. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak with the approval of the Chair. Any questions requiring investigation please submit via email or speak to a Parish Councillor.
1. Chair’s Welcome and Introduction of New Parish Clerk/ Responsible Financial Officer.

5. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
6. To Resolve minutes as a true record from the last meeting on 06 March 2023.
7. Matters Arising
a) Road CSW notices for lamp posts received and hopefully located, and wheelie bins stickers, number 40, require distribution. Suggest initially to ten properties who use four bins along Warren Road and Main Road.
b) Update on Licence issue to be deferred till after Agenda item 10 (a) is resolved
8. Chair’s Report
a) Concerns about disruptive behaviour at Parish Meetings

9. Clerk’s Report
Welcome to new Clerk in post.
10. Parish Councillors’ Reports/Matters to Raise
a) Resolve Parish Council use of the two words in minutes since 2018 and there intended meanings. Due to interpretation and opinions causing confusion in exactly what was decided.
b) Amendment to standing orders to resolve error in Para that reads four needed to vote, to be amended to three. This being one third of nominated number of Cllrs.
c) Addition to Standing Orders in view of Government Guidelines on Videoing and social media. Considering both Data Protection and Safeguarding both requirements as a Council we need to adhere to. Sending suggested amendments to Cllrs for reading prior to meeting.
11. Financial Matters
a) No significant changes to last month.
b) Any necessary cheques to be actioned for administrative purposes.
12. Planning Matters
a) Full Planning Application Extension to existing building Reference N/155/00280/23
.
13. Highways, Footpaths and Lighting
a) No reports received
14. Village Field update
a) Application submitted for play equipment inspection by ROSPA. Last safety inspection May 2022.
b) Formal acceptance of new field committee after submission from last month’s meeting.
c) Confirmation that Committee members and volunteers are covered by PC insurance for events as employees of PC.
d) Signing back monetary documents held from dissolution of last committee.
e) New notices, map style, for control of dogs on playing field.
