that the next meeting of Skidbrooke Cum Saltfleet Haven Parish Council is to be held on:
Monday 06 March 2023 commencing with the public forum at 19:00
in the Social Centre, Sea Lane, Saltfleet.
Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

Public Forum limited to 15 Minutes– An opportunity for members of the public to address the Parish Council. 10. Parish Councillors’ Reports/Matters to Raise
 
a) Report on alleged Parish Council report to Environmental Agency and Natural England of damage to sea defences on boundary of New Inn caravan site.
b) Request from Cllr Cunliffe for three-month delay on completion of Wildfowling Licence, Chair gave one-month, to converse with Natural England and LCC. 
c) Subject to 10 (b) report.  Update on wildfowling license Cllr Williams and update from Solicitors.
d) Replacement Clerk and Temporary Administrator adverts submitted and requested for them to be extended to 30 April 2023.
e) Seven principles of council office.
f) CSW update, parishioner sent info about signs at North Thoresby, reviewed.
g) Received one application for volunteers to service radar signs.
h) Data protection accusation.
i) Update on confirmation of delivery of Archive to Lincoln.

11. Financial Matters
a) Awaiting invoice from CSW application for road safety survey of £50 includes six 30 MPH passive signs.  Survey £40 for site approval.  Reactive speed signs battery operated with solar panels, fixed so not requiring moving regularly, costs being checked with North Thorseby.  Wheelie Bin Speed Limit Stickers at 50 pence each.  It is suggested that they be issued to residents in Main Road and Warren Road free as a community safety scheme.  Permission requested from ELDC waist department.
