Item 22/07-01 Chair’s Welcome
The Chair welcomed everyone to the Parish Council monthly meeting.
Public Forum
Blooming Saltfleet updated the room on the work being undertaken, including planted and painted tyre at Windmill garage, a planter outside Social centre and more to follow on Main Road and the Hill near the memorial; they now have a Facebook page and opening a bank account
Update from Member of the public who had spoken to a local landowner regarding a footpath on Louth Road, he said that was not possible at this moment in time.
A query was made regarding benches for village, the PC noted that benches will now be ordered, 8 benches and 2 picnic tables are planned.
Item 22/07-02 Police Matters
No members of the Local Neighbourhood Policing Team were in attendance. No report was made, or issues raised.
Item 22/07-03 Apologies and acceptance for absence
Parish Clerk was away, Cllr Meryl Cunliffe took minutes in her absence.
Item 22/07-04 Declarations of Pecuniary Interest in accordance with Localism Act 2011
None.
Item 22/07-05 District & County Councillors Report
Cllr D McNally mentioned the Minerals and Waste review and invited comments. He also noted that applications are now open for FireFighter Recruitment and those for the Jubilee fund are being processed. A medical equipment amnesty in Louth being promoted and the new refuse bins for paper and card will start being delivered in September with a publicity campaign.
Cllr P Ricketts stated the town deals under the levelling up agenda will be forwarded to the PC.

Item 22/07-07 Chair’s Report
Chair noted the banking has been a struggle getting account details and records.
Resolved that the Chair is to take the Chairpersons Allowance of £100 pa towards expenses.

The Clerk’s report was read aloud by the Chair.
Item 22/07-09 Parish Councillors Reports/Matters to Raise
Cllr G Williams continues working on the Draft Village plan questionnaire. It was resolved to apply for Jubilee trees, Cllr G Williams to advise on planting and management and made a generous offer to supply tree guards

Fly Tipping on junction between Church lane and Barn lane, advised to use Fix my street to report issues

Item 22/07-14 Any Other Urgent Matters
Issues have been reported with excessive noise, in breach of License conditions at the Crown Inn. Chair wrote to Crown Inn, no further complaints had been reported
Problems with Vandalism and Anti-Social Behaviour at St Botolph’s church, Cllr G Williams will speak to disused churches group about measures that could be taken to deter this behaviour.

The next Parish Council meeting will be held at the Social Centre, Sea Lane, Saltfleet on Monday 1 August 2022, commencing at 19:00.
